- Graduate with knowledge of noting & drafting and knowledge of computer.
- Typing Speed of 25 wpm in Hindi OR 30 wpm in English on computer / desktop.
- One year experience in Government / Public Service Undertaking / Autonomous government organization/ including Contractual/ Outsourced workers working in Government Organization.

- Graduate
- Stenography Speed of 80 wpm in Hindi OR English.
- Typing Speed of 25 wpm in Hindi OR 30 wpm in English on computer / desktop.
- Knowledge in Computer Applications.

| Junior Medical Record Officer |
- 12th class pass with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Board.
- Certificate course of six month duration in medical records from a recognized Institute or authority.
- Two years experience of having handled medical records in a hospital/ Medical Institute of repute.

| Pharmacist Grade-II |
- B.Pharm. from PCI approved College / Institute. OR
- D. Pharm with registration as pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948 with 02 years experience in at least 50 bedded hospital.
